There are many convenient methods of earning credit at a distance and they recognizing learning through testing and portfolio allow the student to learn wherever and whenever is convenient—without the need to travel to or attend classes at Thomas Edison State College's campus in Trenton, New Jersey.

Welcome to Clep CLEP is a widely accepted credit-by-examination program helping students of all ages earn college degrees faster by getting credit for what they already know. Anywhere from 3 to 12 college credits may be applied toward a college degree for each exam.
